Acquiring skills, tools and confidence

Transform yourself

AgriFinancing provides the skills, tools and confidence necessary to offer quality financial services

Our Solutions

E-learning

We advocate that the basics of Agri-finance are acquired though e-learning. Online learning fosters continuous education, accommodating busy schedules. It provides flexibility, enabling learners to access content at their own pace and convenience. Cost-effectiveness is evident as it eliminates travel and accommodation expenses. Overall, eLearning delivers efficient, scalable, and engaging education for diverse staff groups.

Group Training

With the foundations in place, physical group training can become (much) more effective. Getting together fosters social interaction, allowing participants to collaborate, share ideas, and build a sense of camaraderie. In-person sessions facilitate real-time feedback and personalized guidance, enhancing the learning experience. Hands-on activities and case studies become more impactful, promoting better skill retention.

Mentoring

Banks often resort to individual mentoring for their product champions as it offers tailored guidance and personalized support. This focused development approach addresses specific needs and challenges unique to each champion. In the diverse world of agricultural finance, one-on-one interaction facilitates a deeper understanding of the champion's role, strengths, and areas for improvement.

eLearning

eLearning as the platform for acquiring basic knowledge in Agri-finance presents several strong positives.

Benefits

The advantages go beyond flexibility and convenience.  It is an approach that is highly efficient, provides access to diverse instructional materials, and offers the ability to monitor student progress.

Through eLearning, more bank staff can be reached at reduced cost and without disrupting the day-to-day work of key officers.

Group Training

With basic knowledge acquired through self-study, group training takes on a different dimension.

Benefits

Trainings can be shortened from three to two days (ideally with repeat sessions after 6 months). Groups are typically smaller and would focus almost exclusively on case-study work. The entire focus shifts to the identification of client opportunities and the preparation of higher quality credit proposals.

Individual Mentoring

Mentoring offers the most effective type of support.

Benefits

In critical business development or credit risk positions, succesful banks identify a select few champions who play a pivotal role in the success of an Agri-finance strategy.

We are committed to hands-on supporting these officers through special trainings and online channels, including WhatsApp and Zoom.
